Incorrect or Faulty Products
In the unlikley event the product you purchased and received was incorrect, damaged, or faulty we're happy to offer a refund or replacement.
To claim a refund or replacement, you will need to:
- provide details of your purchase along with a description of the issue (photos required); and
- the product must be unused and in the original packaging; and
- the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return trip - we recommend you keep the postal tracking number and obtain insurance.
Contact us via email email@example.com to find out how to send the incorrect, damaged, or faulty product back for a refund or replacement. Please include your order number and product details in the email.
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email and your refund or replacement will be processed.
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products, or change of mind.
